The friendly staff and beautiful views.

Food: lunch was mediocre. The first day I landed, checked in, went to grab something to eat and all was served was hard rice & peas, grounded beef with some sort of sauce and hard hamburgers. I couldn't wait gor dinner. AC: It was super hot out and our AC went out on our last night there. Sleeping was absolutely miserable.

I wish the room service option was bigger however they do have unlimited buffet service also maybe a mini microwave

Presentation, taste, service, timing, and atmosphere, amongst other things.

The birds in the outside breakfast areas. What may help would be scare crows, and removing the Splenda that they love. The birds were annoying not only to us, but to a number of other guests.
