The location is good, short walk from Notre Dame. The apartment was roomy with two separate bedrooms at each end with bathrooms. There’s a living/dining room in the center with a comfortable convertible couch. A rarity in Paris, a family of 6 is comfortable especially with the hot weather in July! There’s a small 2 person elevator
There are no latched doors to keep them closed. The air conditioning works perfectly but takes some time to figure out the remote control thing! The street is noisy at night so the AC is critical. The bigger problem is only one toilet in the entire place, next to the kitchen! Decor is eclectic with a busy flowering ceiling in one bedroom and a black cement sink and shower!

The apartment is really old and not a luxury apartment, no air conditioner in August was terrible
