It was nice, decent air conditioning with a good sized bed and a mini kitchen. The terrace/patio space was nice. Roller blinds were good for managing to sleep. Short walk to downtown Nikiti.
There was a building site opposite the property, blocking any and every type of view. Builders would start working at around 8am and can be heard perfectly from the rooms, even with windows closed and blinds down,

Everything was spotless, comfortable and beautifully cared for, and the host was very kind and welcoming.

During the check-in personal was very friendly. The day after they gave us umbrella and mats for the beach. They were cleaning the room every day, pool was clean and big enough. They have a free parking space next to building. They gave us a wine for a present on the last day and this was very nice. Air conditions working fine and quite.
They can give cotton buds, there was no in the bathroom. They may add a small oven or microwave.

The room was cleaned daily, and the staff were polite and respectful. We appreciated the cleanliness and the efforts of the housekeeping team.
I stayed with my husband, and unfortunately, our ground-floor room was very small and lacked a wardrobe. We had no choice but to keep our suitcase open on the floor throughout our entire stay, which made the space feel even more cramped and uncomfortable. For a stay of 5–7 nights, it’s simply not practical to live out of a suitcase instead of having proper storage. Given the price — comparable to beachfront properties — we expected more comfort and functionality.
