I like the beds and duvet. I've had back surgery, so it's important for me to able to sleep well. Finally, after many years of staying I got an upgraded room with windows over looking the main street. It had a balcony yet no way to open the windows (it's fine ) It's for security I guess. Room service is 24 hours ! So far this is the most decent hotel in Paharganj, it's clean and the staff are attentive, I feel safe in this hotel considering the reputation of the area. I should have a loyalty award 😆.
The only downside was the tissue roll they only provide a small amount instead of a full roll, so you have to keep asking for more which the staff is more than willing to comply to any requests. It's common in Delhi.

Staff was very helpful . Room was comfortable and safe.
Location is middle of the bazaar . Very bussy street , but who want to shopping local market this is ideal .

I didn’t like anything much.
I didn’t like the location as it was crowded. Moreover the family suite was too suffocated. There was no ventilation in the room. The air circulating within the room without ventilation was very humid. It felt like wet everywhere around. The cost of the food was very high as well.
