Just stayed at this lovely little beach house in Polis near Latchi Harbour and it was exactly what we needed for a proper seaside break. The place is literally a stone’s throw from the water – you step out and you can almost feel the sea breeze. It’s right by the main public beach in Polis, so no fancy private stretch, but that’s part of the charm: real, unpretentious, and very Cypriot.
The house itself is well equipped – everything you need for cooking, relaxing, and just living by the sea. Nothing too flashy, but nothing missing either. The owners were genuinely friendly and super helpful whenever we had a question, which made the whole stay feel personal and welcoming.
One of the best bits? The restaurant right on the beach – La Plage – is only about five minutes away on foot. Perfect for sunset dinners or lazy lunches after a morning swim.
All in all, if you want a no-fuss, authentic beach stay in Latchi where you can almost hear the waves, walk to a good taverna, and feel like a local rather than a tourist, this place comes with a solid recommendation from us. Would definitely go back.
Nothing to complaint. You do feel a bit odd knowing that behind the property, the barbecue area is somewhat shared with the other owners. There’s no fence marking the boundary. But the space is still nice for dining in the shade of a huge lemon tree.

Great location just across Latsi beach with easy access. Shower available outside to clean when coming back. Great views from the balconies and outside tables to enjoy at night and during the day with the trees.
Wifi and TV connection was not great. Relatively small shower area. Outside back area is open so not as much privacy from all other houses but good communal life with friendly neighbours (combination of locals permanent residents and tourists).

Cosy, clean, had everything you need and an easy walk to the main harbour with restaurants bars. Plenty to do and easy to get to from paphos airport. great house. seaview and easy parking directly outside.
needs a fan in the bathroom, and thats all.
