Schlüsselübergabe ging sehr schnell mit der liebenswerten Elena. Ebenso schnelle Antworten und effektive Problemlösung durch Elena, sehr gute Erreichbarkeit über booking. Apartment hat alles, was es braucht. Toaster, Wasserkocher Kapselkaffeemaschine, Microwelle, WaMa, Wäscheständer, A/C, Ventilator, viele Verstaumöglichkeiten für Kleidung, sogar einen Wäschekorb. Waschmittel, Putzmittel, Gewürze, Öle, Kaffeekapseln, war in meinem Fall alles vorhanden. Ausreichend Geschirr, Besteck umd Töpfe/Pfanne etc. ebenfalls. Eine (Tee)Kanne wäre noch gut gewesen. Bett sehr bequem.
Es wurden auch Strandstühle und ein Schirm von früheren Bewohnern gekauft und zur Verfügung gestellt. :)
Bushaltestellen in max. 3 Min zu Fuss in Richtung Málaga ohne Umsteigen und Richtung Fuengirola erreichbar. Der Zug den Berg hoch in ca. 10-15 Fussminuten. Strand 5 Min zu Fuss, leicht bergab. Supermarkt Aldi in gut 5 Min zu Fuss. Cafés/Restaurants/Minimärkte ebenfalls.
Wer geräuschempfindlich ist, wird durch die Lage direkt an der Strasse nicht happy, auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist der Verkehr gut zu hören. Vorhänge sind lichtdurchlässig.

Location was fantastic. Elena was a pleasure to deal with and assisted with a late check out.
Bathroom could do with an upgrade. Shower sub standard and needs to be replaced. Also water leaks out of shower tray soaking the bathroom floor. More an inconvenience than a major problem.

Prima cosa la pulizia, poi ha buon climatizzatore, in cucina ha tutto l’occorrente per cucinare e in più ha anche la lavatrice.
La parete che si affaccia alla strada non ostante avesse il doppio vetro , al mattino si sente il traffico.

Estudio pequeño, pero con todo lo necesario para una excelente estancia. Muy cerca de la playa y de todos los servicios. Perfectamente equipado, privado, muy limpio y bien aislado aunque esté en una avenida principal. La anfitriona, Elena, un encanto en el trato y muy resolutiva para atender cualquier petición. Por todo esto, aunque no sea un sitio de lujo, se merece la máxima puntuación.
