We loved everything about our stay with Julia, her daughters who we met, and all the staff who look after us so well.
The house wildly exceeded our expectations, with private secure car parking, a private pool to cool down in th e evening, and wonderful food and personsl attention at breakfast time.
An extra bonus was where we had booked a room with a balcony, because we were staying for 3 nights, Julia upgraded us to the Lisbon suite that was smply superb.
All we can say is try out this excellent property, you will not be disappointed.
There is nothing we did not like.

This lovely guest house was perfect for my stay. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The place felt very luxurious and was a great price. It was right in the center of town and an easy walk to everything. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend it.

Lousa is primarily a tourist area for active sports such as hiking, bicycllng, nature viewing, etc. We took a jeep tour with NatureLousa and I can recommend the tour guide, Pedro. Very Lovely Accomodation!
Lousa itself does not have a lot to see. The two museums are small.
