The location is good and convenient, in a safe neighborhood. The apartment is quite spacious, with a separate kitchen and a combined dining and sleeping area. The toilet and shower are in excellent condition. There is plenty of kitchenware and equipment available if you want to prepare your own meals. The refrigerator, microwave, and stove all work very well.
The bed is large and comfortable and the desk is excellent if you have to work. Internet also worked very well!
There was no soap provided in the shower, and using the soap by the washbasin was a bit inconvenient. I rang the doorbell at the agreed-upon time, but the front door did not open. After repeatedly ringing the bell and trying to call the phone number provided, without success, a kind neighbor eventually let me in with the help of another helpful lady from the healthcare facility across the street. I also sent an SMS once I realized that I needed to add the country code to the phone number and drop the first 0. I then received a call back almost immediately, but by then I had luckily managed to get inside after struggling for nearly an hour. In the end, everything worked out well, thanks to the very helpful neighbors.

Saubere Gegend, ruhig, warme Dusche, alles sofort geklappt bzw. gefunden. Super für Kurzaufenthalt zu irgendeinem Ereignis
45 Stufen, kein Balkon (aber das war vorher klar und deshalb nicht schlimm)
Leider nicht alles Geschirr im Schrank sauber

The location and host were excellent. The bed was very comfortable.
I wish it was cleaner, including some painting of the walls.
