The location is perfect for the Le Mans circuit. You can walk it but it was very hot weather so we drove each day but it was literally 2 minutes in the car each way.
There is lots of very secure parking which is perfect if you have a prestige car.
The pool is fabulous and Sandra and Ludo are super friendly. Sally is their beautiful Beauceron dog and Mario is one of their donkeys!
When a piece fell off my husband's sunglasses, there was no hesitation in finding glue for him to repair them and Sandra and Ludo were very responsive to texts when we needed anything.
There are various comfortable places to sit in the huge garden and of course the donkeys and Sally, who are all very friendly.
You definitely feel like you're in someone's home (which isn't a problem) but be prepared to share your toilet. Having said that, the 4 nights we were there, there wasn't a single occasion when there was someone in the toilet when we needed to use it. It's also just outside the bedroom door (if you have the ground floor room).
There is a kettle, tea bag selection, milk and a fridge for guests to share. It would be helpful to have a small coffee machine for future visits.

Emplacement indéniablement au top pour aller à pied au circuit du Mans (en 20/30 min par une route de traverse) 👍🏻
Charmante maison au milieu d'un jardin immense et très bien entretenu 😉,
les hôtes Sandra & Ludovic sont très accueillants et serviables 🙏🏻
Il faut partager la salle de bain et les toilettes avec l'ensemble des locataires hébergés à l'étage,
