This property is a great value for money. It is more like a hostel or student accommodation, so it can get crowded and noisy at times. You may have to wait for the shared bathrooms and kitchen area. The beds were not very comfortable and also we found them a bit small. Otherwise the neighbourhood is quite nice, you have Carrefour supermarket 1 minute away, the University is also within 3 minutes walk. Old town is more like 40 minutes walk but there are regular trams. As a whole not bad for a few days.
