A perfect bolt hole close to beach and countryside

It’s was spotlessly clean and comfortable. There was a delightful welcome box. It was in a very convenient location.

And Relax!!!!

Location superb, 2 mins from the Train station and 2 mins from the Bus station but quiet location. Co op opposite. Batemans brewery 5 mins walk. Angel pub 2 mins. Garden location. Everything you required. Welcome pack a bonus. Beautifully appointed. Great garden area. Good Wifi. Flat screen TV. Lovely Kitchen. Close to Skegness. 12 mins by Train, 12 mins by the 57 Bus.

Steep stairs to go to the bathroom down stairs during the night but would not put me off going again.

Lovely little cottage in Wainfleet was quiet and very homely and had a nice small garden. Was sad to leave

Hard to get a taxi into skegness so I'd advise to pre-book

Great location, good price and very welcoming to our little dog

loved the welcome pack. Great to have a garden and be situated in the centre of town.

Not too keen on going downstairs in the night to use the toilet but didn't spoil our break

ENJOYED A 5 DAY BREAK ... WILL DEFFINATLY USE AGAIN.

BEAUTIFUL LITTLE COTTAGE IN A LITTLE VILLAGE, EASY TO GET INTO SKEGNESS AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS. BEAUTIFULLY FURNISHED.

Quiet, comfortable, all we needed.

Very comfortable, very clean, a good base for seeing Lincolnshire. The cottage was exceptionally well equipped with many nice little touches.

The entrance lane up the side could do with a tidy up, but that was not part of the cottage's plot, so beyond their control. But first impressions are important.

Lovely cottage overall, with a nice garden that was enjoyed by our fur baby in particular

Not sure if it is feasible but an en-suite off the bedroom would be a huge benefit, as using the steep stairs during the night was a little bit precarious, and challenging!

Lovely rear enclosed garden, very good use of facilities in the cottage. Very cosy and well maintained

The only thing we would provide feedback on is the bed, it was very uncomfortable so maybe look into getting a new mattress/bed.
