Great location. Comfortable and generally spotlessly clean

Everything apart from as noted below.

The kitchen chairs need cleaning or changing. They bring the quality of the property down.

"The location was excellent. The beds were super comfy. I liked the decor and furnishings. The kitchen was well equipped (just missing a colander for us)."
