We loved the apartment, it was spacious, clean and comfortable. Very beautiful, modern, apparently simple but 100% practical interior design. It was well-equipped, could meet even the needs of a longer stay. The bed was separated from the rest of the apartment through a wall, which gave it enough privacy from the main kitchen and stay area, I found it very nice. My father slept on the pull-out sofa and said it was comfortable. The bathroom was well-designed as well, beautiful and spacious. Wi-fi was also good.
Absolutely fabulous location, very close to the Wawel Castle and Vistula River. A short walk away from the bus station, so it was easy to get there from the airport, also easy to take a bus to the train station. On the next street we found the best exchange in town and the souvenir shop with best prices. We also enjoyed the walk to the main square in the old town, a bit longer, but very nice. The area felt very safe, even later at night. The street was quiet at night, no traffic sounds.
It was very easy to access the apartment as we received all the necessary instructions and codes, on booking and email. The host was very nice and helpful.
I am extremely happy I chose this location for our stay in Krakow, I felt excellent there.
The bed mattress was a bit too soft for my taste, but I still slept well. If the neighbors make a lot of noise on the hallway, it can be easily heard (it only happened once during our stay). Paper towels for the kitchen would be lovely.
AND, I would've loved to have the number of the security desk of the building, in case of an emergency. Or some instructions about what can be done and who can be contacted in case of an emergency related to the building itself.

Es precioso y cómodo. Tiene de todo, lavadora, tendedero, lavavajillas, jabón, gel, estropajo, bayeta…. Aunque el apartamento no esté preparado, t dejan dejar las maletas, tanto a la entrada como a la salida si tu vuelo es por la tarde
Reservé para 2 adultos y un menor d 14 años. El menor duerme en un sofá que NO es sofá cama. Él decía q bien, pero hubiera preferido q me advirtieran de que dormiría en un sofá que no se hace cama. La ubicación, cerca del castillo pero a media hora d la plaza, de la estación…

Monolocale accogliente, pulitissimo, cucina ben attrezzata. Zona centrale e molto tranquilla.
Mi è piaciuto tutto. Ad essere pignoli manca uno specchio lungo.

Comfortable apartment in an excellent but relatively quiet location. The bed, kitchen, and bathroom were all modern and clean. The balcony, even though it's on the small side, is a nice addition to the apartment and gave us the opportunity to relax outside.
We had to deal with two minor things on arrival:
* The door code was not sent to us automatically, we had to contact the host to get it
* There was no warm water, this was resolved the next morning after contacting the host
It is also worth mentioning that the apartment has no wardrobe space to hang clothes, there are only shelves. This is a minor inconvenience of course.
Sadly, despite the great property, our stay was heavily disrupted by construction going on in the apartment building. This meant that we were woken up by drilling and heavy pounding sounds at 8:30 AM on every weekday. This is obviously outside of the control of the host, but is the reason for the lower rating.
