The location was central and convenient. I liked being able to see the hot air balloons from the rooftop terrace.
There were weird quirks with our second floor room. The door was hard to shut, the bathroom faucet sprayed everywhere when turned slightly high, and the shower only allowed it to be on directly overhead mode.

I loved everything! Starting with the location, which is really convenient, following with the amazing staff attention and the really nice room. Everything was super clean, they arrange the balloon flight for us and everything was smooth. I was traveling with my parents, who are old, and they offered to give us a room in the second floor, so it was easier for them, great advice by the way! The hostess is really charismatic and sweet.

The pricing is bit higher. No arrangements if reaching early thought mentioned as reaching early . No confirmation or say no for the request. Difficult with family with such mindset of the propery owners
