Nungwi roses is a great place to stay. Value for money. It is a walking distance to the beach and next to the town centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They've kept the place clean and welcoming.

1) people. Amazing owner Mahmoud is very welcoming and great human-being!!!
2) amazing colorful windows. it was so nice to lay on the bad and to observe the balcony and sky throughout it)
3) breakfast. eggs, baked anyway you want, fruit-platter, bread, juice, pancakes. Everything is tasty!!!We missed a few days unfortunately ((
4) location. Right near the Nungwi road, easy to go beach, shopping, tours or party))
Shower worked in a strange way. But it was fixed asap as we told ))) so it’s a tiny thing, didn’t affect our stay

The breakfast is large and great, the staff of the hotel are very friendly, the value of hotel is decent.
1) the room has strange smells
2) the location is 16 minutes walking to beach, but the walk will go through either crazy traffic road or not very clean residential area.
3) Drinking water are not complimentary but charged
4) Pay credit for the room rate will be added additional 5% on top of the value from booking.com

Beautiful stay in Nungwi! Super clean, friendly, and full of good vibes. Basic accommodation, but the energy and vibe of this place are something else – all thanks to the lovely people. Warm atmosphere makes it unique and Tina is an absolute treasure of this place. The local Maasai bring a true charm. We felt truly welcomed. Thank you for your hospitality.
I wish internet connection was more stable. And chair inside the room would be great.
