Great rooms. Restaurant great, reception staff friendly.

Pool is in an aweful location between restaurant and lobby so no one wants to use it. The shower never got really hot. It was just below my comfort level. I had my wedding there and the coordinator was an absolute pain to deal with. He just cancelled my booked rooms at some point because some politician wanted all rooms blocked. Up until my second night at the Radisson I still had no confirmation if I would have to stay elsewhere for some nights. Their comprehension and communication were terrible despite my husband communicating with them in their native language Telugu. It was such a pain to get any sort of booking confirmation from them. At the end they wrote down numbers in an excel sheet next to my family members names. If I could do it all over again, I would have booked all rooms with them via booking.com and none with them directly as they are very unreliable.
