Great location on a beautiful beach. Lovely staff - very helpful and friendly. Good food and a lovely room with all mod cons. Resort is spotless and well designed. Also, close to Naxos town and all the shops, bars and restaurants

The property is actively managed by a family of owners who run the property in the manner of a high end resort. The guest is king and from the family owners on down to the cleaning staff, everyone is aligned to ensure that you’ll enjoy yourself. The food is top notch and the bar had a superior selection of all types of liquor. The resort has superb pool and beach access and I enjoyed the peace and quiet of its end of the road location. I’d go back in an instant!
Parking was a little tight but I had a larger vehicle. Other than that I can’t think of anything!

Cleanliness and Odysseas. He was so professional and so kind.
I feel that I may have overpaid. I paid less money at the Four Seasons Hotel. I expected the room to be much larger with a sofa to sit in. There was no sofa or no sitting area.

Lovely room, aircon...read later!
Hotel design was highend.
All reception, bar especially waiting staff & pool staff were very efficient and friendly.
Aircon in our room was broken. When on it sounded as if a waterfall was cascading into the TV. Hotel sent handyman who was not an aircon engineer.
Told the aircon was a problem and needed an engineer. Which was a problem as no engineer available. Guess what, it was never fixed!
Our room was near the reception so we could hear arrivals and luggage and breakfast clatter. Maybe a door could be placed in the the corridor between reception and these bedrooms.
Pool was very cold. I know we are in Greece. It is classed as 5 star!
Music played by the pool & bar awful.
Warning no shuttle is run by hotel to Naussa.
Order your own taxi as half the cost that hotel charges.
Warning:
Hotel is a good 20min walk from Naussa on a busy unlit road.
