The Four Bedroom Penthouse units offer expansive, luxurious accommodations with a full-sized kitchen, dining, and living areas. The unit features a queen-size sleeper sofa, a gas fireplace, and 5 full baths. One of the bathrooms includes a steam shower, enhancing the spa-like experience. The penthouse has 4 bedrooms: three king bedrooms and a final bedroom with a 3-piece twin set. Additionally, there are two separate living rooms, one of which has a door that closes, ideal for large groups looking for some social separation, and includes a pull-out sofa. The large loft area includes an additional pull-out sofa, providing extra space for guests.

The penthouse is equipped with 7 large-screen TVs and 4 fireplaces throughout the unit, ensuring both comfort and entertainment. Unique to this unit, there are in-unit laundry facilities. The unit spans both sides of the building, offering stunning views both up the mountain and down over the valley.
