We had a very good room suite but never received any housekeeping service in 4 nights. Evening desk service by Markesha was very professional and helpful and friendly

Cleanliness of room, friendliness of reception staff
Too close to train tracks - noisy. Choice of hot breakfast was poor. Swimming pool was very dirty - not sure when it was last cleaned but the water was cloudy, and the tiling above water level was covered in a thick layer of dirt. $15 per day parking was a surprise.
