The The staff!!! Made the whole experience worth every penny
The constant beating of young peoples music. It seems like the same song over and over. But I'm 67 and Led Zepplin, The Rolling Stones and my generation of music is being replaced with the younger generation

The vibe and facility

Nice pool, restaurant and bar. Good views from the rooftop bar.
TV didn’t work and toilet was a little temperamental. Some of the staff were pretty unfriendly, others were great
$$$$
