a simple breakfast given to you the night before, fridge in room so easy to keep fresh. handy for early starts. good quiet and strong ac. friendly and helpful host. very quiet, wasn't awoken by mosque call. residential neighborhood.
was hard to find no picture of the front of it and address # not provided. ask for a photo of the front of the property.
while only 1km from bus stop it's about at the top of a huge hill, i think it was 120m increase in elevation which will be a very sweaty 20-25 min walk in the summer. not a lot of shops or restaurants right nearby, nearest restaurant cluster is about 15 mins walk. it's not an apartment but a hotel room with two sinks, a fridge, a kettle and a few dishes. only cash accepted for payment
wifi occasionally cut out. connected via a little repeated that would act up sometimes.

Breakfast was simple but adequate, and importantly was brought to our room the evening before allowing us to make an early start to get to Petra. We also ate our evening meals at Omar, which were tasty and appetising and more than ample. There was sufficient room for parking just outside the property and it was located a very short drive from the Petra visitor centre. The host was very welcoming and polite.
There was nothing not to like about the property.

The location was nice - quite close downhill to Petra
Due to tiles on a floor and low temperature outside, it was solo hard to warm the room - The carpet would be nice
Bathroom bad no heating at all so it was freazing
We had some problem with contacting the owner loth by booking and watsapp
