Fantastic location, friendly and flexible owner. Lovely to have the canal outside with gondolas gliding by, and a very nice restaurant just 30 yards away.
Perhaps a bit smaller than imagined.

The location is perfect for exploring Venice. Only a few steps away from busy areas with a lot of restaurants and shops, but the apartment is still on a quiet/peaceful street. You can see Gondolas passing by from the window which is great. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Comminication with the host was easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Well located apartment, perfect for our short visit to Venice. It was very spacious and had everything we needed.

The location was very good, overlooking a canal with gondolas going past was quite an experience. Close to some very nice restaurants meant we ate locally each night.
General maintenance was average and could have done with two towels each and more soap.
