Die Wohnung entsprach absolut den Bildern. Die Vermieterin war stets erreichbar und antwortete sehr schnell.
Man sollte sich nicht vom Zugang zur Wohnung abschrecken lassen. Der ist zumindest gewöhnungsbedürftig. Außerdem würde ich sagen, ist die Wohnung nichts für Tierhaarallergiker. Im gesamten Hauseingang und Treppenhaus liegen Hunde und Katzen, bzw.sind da unterwegs.

Ivana is a nice lady and her father took us to a very good boat trip.
The enterieur of the apartment is very stylish.
The outside view of the house is very old and neglected.
There was no light on the staircase and it was full of "homeless" dogs and cats tohether with their awful smell.
In the flat I feelt that earlier it belonged to an old lady and it has been redecorated by a young lady but without a repairman who could have changed the toliet seat, the pipes and wires or painted the wall in the bathroom.

L’appartement était magnifique, très lumineux, spacieux avec une magnifique vue sur les montagnes.
Il y a un magasin juste en bas.
Ivana est très gentille et disponible si besoin.
Le tour en bateau avec son papa était incroyable !

Le seul petit problème est la douche..
Le débit de la douche est très faible.

Ivana a réussi à proposer une ambiance agréable dans ce petit village point de départ des excursions en bateau sur le lac Skadar. Ivana reste très réactive aux messages. Son papa propose des tours sur le lac avec une attention très soignée et une allure idéale bien plus agréable que les autres propositions qui expédient les tours au plus vite.
L'entrée commune de l'immeuble n'est pas propre et occupée en permanence par des chiens et chats semi-abandonnés. L'odeur des animaux n'est pas très accueillante par forte chaleur. Le débit d'eau de la baignoire est insuffisant pour prendre une douche correcte.
