"Oasis" really describes this place well. Lots of plants everywhere and a big pool in the center. The appartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The building is also guarded, so we always felt extra safe.
The staff is awesome, Leandro our concierge was really helpful with all our questions. He made sure we were able to reserve some bikes to rent some days in advance and was always reachable by phone or in person.
Speaking of bikes, its very nice that those can be rented right where you're staying.
Being located in La Veleta, this place is a little bit outside of the main part of Tulum. Lots of things in the area are still under construction as of January 2023. That means there are not a lot of places like cafés around, the streets are partly in a very poor condition for e.g. biking and there can be a little bit of construction noise, although the windows in the rooms isolate well. All of that is not the properties fault though, just something to keep in mind.

Lovely room, excellent bed and an attentive concierge in Leandro. 24 hour security always on patrol.
Location is about 1km from the bars and cafes and even further from town centre. Site is still under construction as are the surrounding sites however this was only a noise issue one day. Pool is lovely but is a heat trap and is very warm. Complimentary bike or discounted scooter hire would be greatly appreciated. Shower isn't very powerful, could do with better water pressure or a larger head.
