The position was great and the rooms were well equipped and very clean. Very pretty inside
It was in a pedestrianised area which made it a little bit difficult with big suitcases

The suites were lovely. Traditional, beautifully styled and in a great location. Excellent beds, pillows and linen.
The staff members who handled check in were very ride and the pre-stay communication was poor. The suites were also ready late, though this was not communicated to us prior.
This was a shame as when we got to the suites, they were lovely but the service prior to check in made such a bad impression.
