The location is fabulous and good to have parking in Whitby
It needs some love! Someone who cares needs to stay here to realise there is no mirror in the en suite bathroom, that rugs, pictures, cushions would be nice to soften the place. It could be wonderful but it’s lacking in care. The floor and mirrors were really dirty when we arrived sadly.

The location is perfect, 3 minutes walk to the town centre
Missing simple comforts like no cushions on the couch and the pillows are well past the best.
The postcode given for the location was not helpful for finding the location. I tried to contact customer service but that was no use. My wife asked at a local hotel that turned out to be the owner and was able to give us proper directions. I would definitely recommend sending bookers the what3words location for the entrance to the driveway. It would be far easier to locate.

The location and parking are without doubt exceptionally convenient. The property is well stocked with facilities and plenty of space.
The cleanliness. It ranged from the multitude of cobwebs, clear lack of hoovering and dust-laden extractor fan in the bathroom. More worrying were the black rubbish bags stuffed behind an external wall and rubbish spilling out onto the floor, leading to flies within the property.
