Clean, roomy, lake view. Kitchen has everything. Plenty Water bottles provided. Host is super nice and responsive.

Guest bedroom shower is a little weak.

The location was great! Loved being out on the lake, yet minutes from to the fabulous town square filled with fun shopping and restaurants. The property was well landscaped and the two story deck was wonderful for morning coffee & conversations or catching the sunset with happy hour. The house was beautifully appointed in roomy and authentic Texas Style. --With lots of interesting historical elements to appreciate, too. The screened-in porch was such a delight! The kitchen was well stocked, and the beds were comfortable. A Fantastic home--so well thought out with hospitality built in at every turn. We also fell in love with friendly Granbury. Wish we had stayed another day or two. We hope to return soon!

The smoke alarm went off just as we put our weary heads on the pillow in the bunk room. It blared loudly every 10 min. We couldn't find the battery and it was a miserable night. Our manager texted us the next morning where the battery was for us to change it ourselves, which we did, and thought it was done, but instead it just chirped constantly. We had also reported that the sink stopper in the master was detached and the sink wouldn't drain. The answer for both issues at the time we originally reported, was an apology, but that it would be addressed AFTER we left when the cleaner came. So, we didn't report the continuously chirping alarm due to the fact that nothing would be done till we left. That was disappointing not to have someone fix these things during our stay. Other than this bump in the road, we loved this wonderful property.
