I liked the honesty from the staff. We had a mishap from the front desk where our room was given to someone else and the kids from that family took my son's Samsung IPad. When we got back I told the front desk about it and his actions were SWIFT! I mean not only did he take my concern seriously, he believed me, he checked the cameras and he even hunted down my son's tablet and brought it back. Taking that extra mile for us made me write this review. I am thankful for him. It was the younger man with the beard. Service is a 10/10 I gave it a 6 because of the condition.
We were put in a room that had smoking but they switched us so the accommodation was there. The place is... down and out. The area wasn't so nice, they dont do breakfast, there is a pool but the overall quality of the rooms were slightly uncomfortable but we were on vacation so we made the most of it. We stayed for 2 nights.
