The property’s interior looks brand new with a modern bathroom, air conditioning unit and a comfortable double bed. There is parking on site for your vehicle or in my case my motorcycle. It is a reasonably short walk into Split and there are numerous bars and cafes along the way, there is also a supermarket right near the apartment. Very good instructions on how to enter property.
Nothing to dislike about the property at all, a little bit hidden out of the way but your GPS or mobile will get you there.

Spacious rooms on the quieter side of Split. Easy walk to the old town. Nicely appointed rooms with a corridor shared between the two rooms where the coffee machine and kettle can be found. The only place we stayed with a decent coffee machine! Small “wine fridges” in rooms to keep milk etc. Helpful owners on site who kindly provided bowls and spoons for us. Parking on site.
The rooms are lower ground with views of the cars and driveway so no town views. “Balcony” is not above ground! Showers affected by water pressure so if both rooms use their showers at the same time the rain head shower doesn’t cope and water is diverted to the hand shower instead. Fine if you are renting both rooms and take it in turns! Or prefer to use the hand shower. Narrow streets to reach the property with cars parked both sides - larger cars may struggle.
