I loved this place! If you insist on fresh paint and smooth surfaces, it's not for you (and it's an accessibility nightmare, like any building over a century old). But if you want to know what a traditional Estonian wooden house is like, this place is perfect, characterized by faded charm, with random furniture and kitchen equipment. It's an easy walk from the station and the old town, and it's set well back from an already quiet road.
Nothing; only note that unfortunately it's not for people who have difficulties with uneven ground or steps.

It's a great budget stay option. Felt like staying in a friend's house during a visit. Close to the train station, great neighbourhood, close to all the objects we wanted to visit.

This is not a luxury hotel, but a very simple and retro place to stay for the night and excellent value of money. It's located around 15min/1km away from the town square. If you are on a budget and just need somewhere to sleep relatively close to the town square, then I would recommend it.
