Comfortable, great TV entertainment, had all you needed

Endless supply of Netflix videos, had the facilities needed, great shower etc

Only negative, battery went flat on the tv remote, was able to swap over the batteries from the heater

location

everything else- dirty filthy room, kitchen sink in toilet, unclean bed linen, dirty mattresses without protector, toilet not cleaned before arrival, dirty shower. No maintenance for the place from proprietor. Expects visitor to clean for the next visitor. Would not stay there again.

not worth value of money we spent

Only good thing was location. Host was friendly and tried to resolve the issues but unable to resolve all the issues.

Rooms were not cleaned before and have to switch the rooms. Supplies were not sufficient for 3 night stay. Utensils were left uncleaned in the dishwasher by previous guest. Some of the furniture was broken. There was mould in one of the bathroom. External bins were not cleared regularly and rubbish was littering all over the car park and staircase.

Easy access to Mt Buller and Mt Timbertop. Close to Mansfield for shops too. Loved the Hunt club pub next door for dinners. Beautiful outlook to the countryside

It was quite noisy next to the main road. Not many amenities provided

Location and view. Staff fixed initial problems with heating and hot water.

The heating didn’t work. There was no hot water. The kitchenette was too small
