Excellent Accommodation

We loved the location, was quite close to town centre. Peaceful place.

The email about access to the building came late. However, we contacted the property manager and it was sorted immediately.

Great location, easy to use for family

Location, fenced section, aircon in lounge, variety of books, toys tv etc for the family to use

No aircon in bedrooms (got superhot), ideal section for some safe pets eg cat, house trained dogs etc, not sure about neighbourhood, cost a little expensive for this property

It was a lovely stay thank you.

Location was great for us and the house was a good size. Beds were all comfy and rooms were large. Lots of nice features like some nibbles were left by the host and there were some toys and books for our daughter to play with.

Biggest issue was the curtains in the front room, they were so thin and there is a street light outside. At night it felt like daylight in that room. It would have been good to have had a few instructions - eg fuse blew because we used too many appliances at one time. Could have had some nicer towels and some face cloths would have been a great addition. Cutlery could be improved as well but it has everything you need.

Superb

Perfect location for our family weekend, lovely bakery nearby, and a very quiet area. The house is spacious and beautifully decorated, with a good outdoor space and plenty of room inside to entertain friends and family.

Was very good, will be returning

Very spacious and accommodating for a big family. Really nice back yard for the kids to play in. It was clean and tidy. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return if I’m in the area again.

Just have to be extra careful when entering and exiting the driveway as the space for a big car to get in is quite tight.

Clean, tidy, well equipped bungalow perfect for a large family who are wanting a home away from home

Size of the house was fabulous with 3 large bedrooms, one with an ensuite. Clean and tidy. Lovely quiet handy location with Queensgate mall within 10 minute drive and takeaways/restaurants just around the corner.

Location size facilities - best for easy access to railway to. Central Wellington. Excellent communications with the host..

One small thing, the cat flap lets a huge draught in when the wind gets up.

Clean, comfortable and safe.

We usually find it hard to find accommodation for our large family but this suited our needs perfectly. We all fitted in comfortably and found it clean, and family friendly. Thanks for the stay.

The jug didn't work but otherwise the place was great.

Everything was perfect for our liking.

The layout, having bathroom and ensuite, the heat pump

The cost - way more than motel of similar grade but unfortunately they were full. Fact that water splashes on floor in bathroom when showering. Heavy fry pan was not clean. I poured two lots hot water on it to get rid of fat residue b4 I used it, then couldn't find a scourer to clean it with after we'd used it. There was no bulb in the large bed lamp.

Comfortable, spacious, clean and felt at home

Comfortable beds, clean house, spacious and felt very homely. Dryer and washing machine were handy

Towels, definitely need new towels they were very outdated and faded. Need more large dinner plates and cutlery, for a group of 7 we only had 5 large plates and forks to use the rest had to use sauces and spoons. No biggy, we adapted and ate at the end

Appreciated the comms for house key etc, lovely home. Weather was atrocious, sunroom roof was leaking so thought it best

drive way was quite narrow for our Discovery Range Rover, got it in but took awhile. Would’ve been nice to have been informed of narrow driveway.
