Good location, nice and helpful staff, comfortable room
The breakfast was good just, the drinks there were hardly drinkable - coffee, tea bitter, juice also not tasty, I missed fruits
Its sad to see that cups were paper instead of glass or ceramic, not only it cost everytime to replace them its also not sustainable

Location is excellent, close to major places of interest, good eating places and an ATM.
Breakfast was in a basement but very well set out with a good range of options, well prepared, plentiful.
Even though we fronted on to a busy street, on the 3rd floor it was fairly quiet and the windows faced onto a courtyard with trees.
Service was good with helpful advice, booking of an evening cruise, arranging our airport transfer and taking our bags out when the car turned up.
The kettle in our room didn't work (just as well we had our own).
The shower head came off and had to held in place throughout the shower

The location was central to many touristic attractions, breakfast was good, staff were very responsive and special thanks to staff Hasan he was very helpful and very kind.
