Nice and clean apartment, tv and towels, blankets included. The centre of Zadar is only 10 minutes by walk. The host is a very nice man who gave us a lift with his taxi to the airport the day we left Croatia.
The apartment is big enough for two people and short stay. A longer permanence wold have been tough. The location even if near to the center is a quite dark road but we never had problems nor met scary people. We had some problems finding the right building due to the probably wrong address given.

The place is a short walk from the center.
The host was nice.
Apartman was clean.
The apartment is in the BASEMENT, not on the ground floor, as it was written. The windows are above ground level, the windows are not secured with bars.
There is no WARDROBE in the apartment. So no hanger... We had our things on the sofa in the second room ...
No microwave in the apartment.
When you turn on the stove, you do not turn on the washing machine, when you turn on the oven, you do not turn on the kettle, washing machine, etc.
The kettle is about 30 years old...
Whoever goes to the house looks at your bedroom… if you don't close the blinds… but then you can't breathe.
No view of the courtyard, as it was written, no view anywhere.
