Die Lage war Perfekt....direkter Blick zum Strand ....alles sehr sauber in der Wohnung.
War kein Balkon oder Terrasse was ich bei der Suche angegeben hatte. Baulärm ab 7.30 Uhr im Haus komischerweise ab 9 Uhr nicht mehr. Treppenhaus war schmutzig. Eingang zum Parkhaus könnte beschildert sein ......wir waren nicht die einzigen die es NICHT sofort gefunden haben. Aber sonst war alles okay.

Erstklassige Lage, direkt am Strand, mit Blick auf die Ostsee, sehr gut eingerichtet! Großzügiger Schnitt!
Wohnung grenzt mit nur einer einfachen Tür zur Nachbarwohnung - ich nehme an dass dadurch zwei Wohnungen zu einer Einheit zusammengelegt werden können?!
