The view is lovely. Lounge with the fire place is very cosy. Emma and Richard are very friendly. If you want rustic farm stay with nature it is good place to stay. Good location.

Prachtige locatie, erg leuke cottage met een heel vriendelijke host! Cottage is schoon en comfortabel, enige wat soms lastig was met 6 personen is dat er maar 1 wc is. Maar dat is prima te doen als je een beetje rekening met elkaar houd. En let op de ramen, in de zomer zitten er veel boerenzwaluwen die maar wat graag een plek zoeken voor een nestje in je slaapkamer. Erg leuk als je ze ziet maar binnen niet zo handig.
Erg genoten van ons verblijf en kan het zeker aanraden.
Huur niet een te grote auto want de weg ernaartoe is erg smal
1 wc voor een 6 persoonshuisje is soms wat lastig

The cottage in North Wales was absolutely stunning- the views waking up in the morning overlooking the countryside were incredible, I don’t think there is a better place to stay. There was a lovely wood burner fireplace that made the cottage feel super cosy on the nights - and super warm too! The facilities were great, there was lots of new cooking equipment if we wanted to make meals etc, the bathroom was nice and clean, the rooms were pretty with high ceilings and a rustic wooden aesthetic which added to the whole coziness of cottage.
There are some great walks to do nearby in the countryside and you’re only a 5/10 min drive from Conwy and a further 20 from Llandudno, with the cottage being up some single track country roads at the top of a hill - it is very peaceful and you can enjoy being in the countryside without any noise pollution of towns and cities or busy villages.
I have to add a special thanks to our hosts Richard and his partner, they are absolutely lovely people - so welcoming and friendly I cannot recommend enough to stay here in this beautiful part of the world in their cottage.

The location was perfect , the place had all the necessary amenities, and the house decor was very nice.
The house was not clean at all. The lack of cleanliness made us feel uncomfortable and took away the sense of comfort during our stay.
