Caravan was lovely and the location excellent
Toilets were bit lop-sided, and some wardrobes damaged, need new kettle due to limescale but didn’t stop us enjoying stay.

This a good size caravan with 3 bedrooms, one bathroom with toilet and a second toilet. All the beds were made up and towels were provided. Good size kitchen with all the appliances. Good smart tv and access to netflix and Iplayer. Close to the beach.
This is a 6 person caravan but 2 beds are not suitable for tall people. Booking.com didn't mention if there were towels provided. I sent a message to ask if we needed to bring our own. I never got a reply from Sykes cottages, just a standard email.

The location is very nice , the park itself has a lot activities for kids and families including swimming pool . The property is good size , everything you need is there even washing machines and dishwasher which is great when you on holiday. All people around are very polite and quite , no night screams and no random people around so you feel very safe.
Beds are quite small , my height is 167 and I couldn’t stretch my legs out completely + Wi-Fi is free but it’s very slow , for better Wi-Fi you have to pay , but that’s the only two small problems we faced with this place , and they not that big and if you staying for few nights it is not something to worry about
