We have stayed multiple times when we travel from Mae Sot to Chiang Mai once a month. What I like is that the breakfast staff remember us and ask us how we are.
My only one improvement would be an extra roll of toilet paper.

An excellent old style hotel in a great location,comfy bed and a nice room with a great view!
Breakfast was excellent with lots to choose from , they even had marmalade for my toast!
Large refrigerator in the room was good too.
Nothing I negative I can think of!

The location overlooking the River Ping was fabulous, and outside the front driveway was more or less all of the shops of Tak (even if few were of interest). The staff were friendly, coureous and efficient.
