The place is small but clean. For this price in Maribor, it’s probably hard to beat. The rooms have small fridges and air conditioning. There’s a tiny terrace out front and a vending machine serving surprisingly good coffee. The keyless entry system is also very convenient.
The rooms might feel a bit cramped for a longer stay, but I was only there for one night, so it wasn’t an issue at all.

The owner and her family are very helpful and kind to us. Although with limited English but they tried to help us as much as they could. Thank you for your hospitality.
The location is a bit far from the city centre but it’s ok. We managed to walk to the city centre due to a good autum weather.

Parking was good , staff very nice & friendly, walk to town was about 20 minutes, only had one shop top of the road mainly a butcher, you could buy some bread & some drinks, otherwise a drive to supermarket, there was only a vending machine for coffee & a fridge for some cold drinks down stairs, nothing else available.
Room was smaller than expected, doors & skirting were in bad condition in our room shower could have been cleaner & was very small , there was a big air-conditioning unit on the floor which was so noisy 😳 room still very hot .
