Perfect location, very comfortable apartment, everything is nearby and the beach is just 1 minute down the street. The host was wonderful - perfect communication all the time, easy self check in and check out. We were able to check in a few hours earlier for which we are really thankful. Definitely a wonderful place to stay and we will recommend it to all our friends and come back again.
The only issue throughout the whole stay the whole week was the internet - in its best days we had up to 8Mbps which was not enough for working so we had to use our mobile data. Apart from this it's all excellent.

Everything was perfect with the appartment. Very spacious and well equiped with everything you need. The location was also very good, close to the beach and right next to the bus station. We could not have been more pleased with it. We were 3 adults and 2 children of 4 and 5 years and we manage very good with the space. Good quality for the price
The owner was very nice and attentive to everything we need. I could not recommend this more

Location is great
Very close to airport,city,beach,bay,bars,restaurants
Basically in the very heart of perea which my family and I've been visiting for more than 15 years now and know the whole area very well. It's lively,it's hot,it's summerish,lovely,relaxing
A bit noisy tho
When it's proper summer into Greece temperature rises high and AC might not work properly however host can't do anything about it since it's outside their control. One should know where they're going
