Sehr gute Lage - entgegen einiger Kritiken Tiefgarage gut mit mittlerem SUV (Tiguan 3) zu befahren.
Eine dezentere / leisere Klimaanlage habe ich nicht einmal in einem 5 Sterne Hotel erlebt.
Neben der exzelenten Kliamaamlage liegt auch auch der GB Glasfaseranschluss deutlich über dem Durchschnitt.
Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ermöglicht auch einen längeren Aufenthalt in Dijon.
Ja, man muss das Gepäck auf die 2. Etage tragen aber das ist bauart bedingt nicht zu ändern. Es ist nun mal kein Neubau. Das merkt man an der ein oder anderen Stelle aber die Vermieterin hat ihr Bestes getan (Klima, Glasfaser)
Auch der Weg zu den Müllcontainern ist etwas ungewöhnlich aber sie sind auch durch die Garage erreichbar.

Amazing apartment, very spacious and clean and an exceptionally well-equipped kitchen (like a home from home). Our host was very responsive and helpful on Whatsapp with any queries we had. The apartment was a short walk into the historic town area and overall a great stop-over for a couple of days before we headed down for our main stay in the Alps. Would recommend and stay again!
A little bit complicated to get into the apartment initially to access the keys on arrival and to access the garage, but that was probably us being silly!

Alloggio eccellente e molto accogliente Pulizia impeccabile. Molto silenzioso. Posizione centrale, il palazzo ducale è a meno di 10 minuti a piedi e la stazione a citca 15 minuto. Molto raccomandato. La comunicazione con l'host è stata sempre fluida e rapida.
Tutto impeccabile, nessun suggerimento di miglioramento.

La gentillesse de la propriétaire, la propreté du logement.
L’âge de l’immeuble (façade, volet, etc), la décoration de l’appartement qui n’est plus du tout au goût du jour ou qui pourrait convenir (sans être péjoratif) à une personne de 60-70 ans.
