Amazing location

All perfect nothing to complain

Everything was extremely fabulous, the staff, access to sea, Spa, the room, the architecture of the place. All truly was a 10/10.

The only thing that needed improvement was the breakfast. it was very clean but the options were somewhat limited and there is much more room for improvement.

I had a lovely stay overall. The reception team was exceptionally helpful, kind, and attentive. They were very quick to assist whenever I needed anything, whether I was relaxing in the hot tub or outside. I really appreciated how efficiently they handled requests and how comfortable the cars were. The rooms are spacious, cute, and comfortable, which made the stay very pleasant. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and particularly appreciated the wonderful reception team, spacious rooms, and comfortable transportation. With some improvements to housekeeping, beach organization, service speed, and breakfast, the experience could be truly exceptional.

There are, however, a few things I think the hotel could improve. Housekeeping was not restocking every day, and on some occasions I had to call to request basic items such as coffee capsules and water. Upon arrival, I also had to move the coffee station tray because it was unplugged and there was no nearby power outlet, which was a little inconvenient. There was no water kettle or tea/herbs in the room. The biggest issue for me was the availability of sunbeds at the beach. They get taken very quickly, and on some days I couldn’t find an available one at all, which meant I had to go to another beach club. As a hotel guest, I don’t think this should be necessary. There should ideally be enough sunbeds for hotel residents, or at least a clear reservation policy, for example, a sunbed should not be considered reserved for more than an hour if the guest is not actually using it. Some guests would reserve sunbeds for hours and then not show up, leaving them unavailable to others. Beach service was also somewhat slow. It sometimes took quite a while to get the staff’s attention. I also noticed that the drinking ware used at the beach looked quite worn, that appeared to have been used and washed for a very long time. The breakfast was also average for a five-star hotel. I expected a little more variety and quality. They charge extra 9€ for room dining, which is unusual to me for hotels to do that. One final small but important point: the telephone in the room has a very loud and startling ringtone. It genuinely scared me several times when it rang, so I think having the option to lower the volume or change the ringtone would be a nice improvement.
