It was clean and well set out. Comfortable was OK.
Firstly the elevator kept breaking down meaning access to the apartment, particularly at 3:00am with suit cases was not possible due to the stair case was a typical castle type spiral staircase.
The apartment key was inaccessible due to the lock box code being wrong we finally called the police , who came and got us in contact with the manager and organized a lift repair tech. We finally got into the apartment after 5 hours. The elevator kept failing The apartment manager seemed less than caring and messaged us that we should stop complaining or she would have us evicted
The place is OK, the manager needs changing.

J'ai toujours été bien dans cette appartement et dans d'autres studios et appartement de la résidence kumuhei pour la propreté et surtout l'emplacement de la résidence d'où tu peux faire tout à pieds dont mon restaurant préféré Le Raina que je vous conseille vivement donc voilà à ne pas hésité.
Merci à la gentille propriétaire Marie qui est toujours là à chaque fois que je l'appelle 🥰

The most central and most convenient downtown location in Papeete. Comfortable, spatious accomodation while being quite at the same time. Good internet. Included parking is super convenient. Fully kitchen and washer are super helpful. Good quite air conditioning, good spatious shower.
The mattress and pillows are not the most comfortable in the world but most certainly acceptable.

Un appartement idéalement situé, très bien équipé. Un excellent rapport qualité/prix, pour un séjour très agréable. Marie nous a très bien accueillis.
