Great value for money. Restaurant/bar attached was lovely. Room and bed was comfortable and spacious. Car parking was on the road but plenty available. No breakfast but the Batch which was recommended was amazing for breakfast and lovely coffee. To check in you need to go to the bar. Staff were friendly. Close to Glenveagh National Park and mt Errigal
The hallway/entrance did have cooking smells from the kitchen for the bar and there was no milk for the coffee . But this may have been an oversight.

It was very unusual in a way as I did not see anyone for the 5 days I spent therein the accommodation area except for a chef who was at a connecting door to the property one day and she asked if all was ok
It would have been nice to have a proper check in with the usual information for the attractions of the area etc offer of clean towels or toilet paper I bought some I managed with the towel allocation 2 large I small to do 5 days
It was noisy as well around close of kitchen it seemed like staff were changing upstairs!!!! Over my room it was busy on that stairs
The carpet leading to the staff area was dirty and grimy
Front door always banging even though there was a notice saying to close quietly
The room was fitted out adequately
and copious of hot water
If you went in to the restaurant downstairs it was so well laid out and the attention to detail was second to none

Definitely not enough thought and best practice with the bedrooms concept
A notice saying if you need anything go to the bar …,’try that with a newbie who was not able to get bin liners I was too embarrassed to ask for toilet paper
A bit of work to do here with hospitality…
The food was amazing and the portions large
The staff were not engaging with the customers choosing to stay behind the bar chatting when instead could have interacted a bit more it would have created a better atmosphere
All in all it’s a really nice place that just needs improvement especially customer service
There was nothing I can say really I’ve outlined my observations previously

Good location
Noisy, fowl smells and I saw lots of hairs in one of the beds as if it wasn’t changed for a new guest.

"Great location. Beautiful and spacious room.
The rooms are above a busy restaurant so presumably our noisy neighbours were attending a function there.
These things happen.
