Very lovely owner that lives on the ground floor of the house. We had two rooms, which were easy access on second floor and had opposite entries across a hallway and an adjoining one large balcony facing the garden. The top floor shares entries to two other bedrooms and has a shared fridge and second shared toilet. As we were there alone w no other guests, we had sole use the fridge but could not make ice in the heat ass there were no icemakers. Seating table at front of property was available too, but we did not use it. Property is older, but functional.
Not much space to cook anything or prep food, cattle had to be boiled on my bed side table due to no port near the small table in the room. Bathroom was tiny but sufficient but had no hooks for wet towels nor a shelf for toiletries. It is on the way to Plitvice, only about 30 mins drive, so price is very high for what you get due to region.

Nice house....room was extremely small with zero ammenities. It should not be a THREE star. Maybe a two-plus. Great for the price but very minimal
Home owner seemed alouf....never did see or hear any follow-up from her once we arrived and given the key.
