We were very happy with the flat. The communication was good. On the arrival day, we needed some thicker blankets for the freezy part of our group which got delivered later and when the energy got cut for some unknown reason, somebody came along to fix it, some hours later. Cash payment was handled via a friend of the owner. We had blankets, towels and as for some of us the bed had quite a soft mattress, we could use the extra folding mattresses, too. I also like having key boxes as we left and arrived the flat independently from each other.
A kettle would be nice as heating up water in a pot took some time, as well as some bigger cups for tea & bigger coffees. Albania seems to be an Espresso country :)

Lokacija odlicna.

Good budget apartment, near the beach and nice pool.
No water, we had to buy bottles of water to bath and use the bathroom. Expected the host to be a bit more hospitable and made effort to make us feel comfortable.
