Good bike storage. Receptionist was really helpful and even started her shift early so we could get off. Rooms were great; fridge and fan, good shower and products.

Our outstanding impression of our stay here was how amazingly helpful the reception staff were, especially the man (Laurence?) with the slight German accent. He went out of his way to find and book an evening meal for us (not easy on Sunday evening), was very attentive with our bicycle storage, sourced some cold milk for us, etc. Breakfast was superb.
A minor point - tiny little cups with the kettle/coffee machine (although Laurence found us some larger ones)

The bathroom was a good size with a separate toilet. A slight apartment feel to it albeit the actual bedroom was quite small. The location was really good for us.
We arrived at 9:30pm, not a soul about and lights were very dim (very dark) - I wouldn’t have felt good about staying there alone. Rather dreary entrance. The colour scheme on the first floor was really in your face - fluorescent lime green. Only one person sporadically around in the morning at breakfast. No hot food offered at breakfast.
