Staff where very friendly and informative though language difference (spanish Vs english ) but effort was made to communicate ,room were clean .Well located place and in the middle of stores ,eating places .
The reception even booked my UBER (very helpful)
More english speaking facility.and to have a phone in the room for communicating directly with the reception. (in case there is need )

The room was very spacious and comfortable, stable wifi, great housekeeping, nice swimming pool also for the little ones and enough sun beds/chairs
The kitchen had zero equipment, not even a bowl or spoon
The breakfast was nice but we had to ask for water every morning, fresh fruits were only once on display and one piece per person allowed, otherwise no fresh veggies & fruits at all.

I liked the room and its location, the staff was very friendly and tried to help. The people at reception tried to help as far as possible. but there was no manager to talk to. what i didn't like is the important part:
1. no directions of the location and how to get to the hotel with public transportation.
2. the hot water in the bathroom had a problem and the guy trying to fix it didn't know how.
i already described what i didn't like the main issue is a lack of management with authoritative power.
