The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. It was also easy to find food nearby. For a short overnight stay, the room itself was perfectly fine.
Unfortunately, there was an unexpected extra charge for the air conditioning. When the guests arrived at around 10 PM, they were told that AC was not included in the booking price. They were initially asked to pay an additional PKR 1,000 and eventually paid PKR 400 extra. This additional charge was not clearly disclosed when I made the reservation through Booking.com. Extra charges like this should be clearly shown before a guest confirms the booking, not after arriving at the property.

the room and the hotel were nice
i had the feeling that not everybody at the reception were willing to help me. otherwise were there few really nice people
