Spacious and quiet. Easy to access and great communication with the host.
It was "ok" equipped, but it was missing some basic amenities like a microwave, or a sponge to wash dishes (although soap and a dishwasher were available). It was generally clean (bed, towels etc. were perfect), but there were multiple spots that were not properly cleaned, e.g. under the table there was a lot of dust, on some corners there were some old spider webs and we had to clean them as we got a baby crawling around the house. As the area is in nature and had a lot of mosquitoes and insects, it would have been great to have some nets on the windows to be able to breathe some fresh air and not rely on the AC. Also there were some marks on the walls from mosquitoes or other insects that had fallen in battle :-).

We stayed at Armen and couldn’t have been happier with the place! So easy to get into Como (except be careful of the restrictions on some of the streets as Apple Maps sends you down roads you aren’t allowed to drive down) and also we went to Bellano and enjoyed the old town, gorge and shops. Great host as well, always helpful and on WhatsApp whenever you need anything - thank you!! The only thing I wish I’d checked was how much of the garden we could enjoy as the photos showed a set of bars for chin ups and exercises but actually we spent all our time driving around the lake we didn’t have time to spend in the garden!

Moderne, bien fini, vue intéressante, gentillesse des employés de maison.
Aucun contact avec le propriétaire, maison divisée en plusieurs appartements dont les 2 qui nous étaient réservés séparés de plusieurs escaliers extérieurs, pas très pratique...
